Shipping and COVID 19 Response
When can I expect my order if I select free shipping?
All orders ship USPS within 3 - 5 business days from Rolling Buddies. Unless there is a special situation or sale. This means you will receive your order from 4-7 business days from the date of order. If you need faster shipping paid options are available. But if time is tight but free shipping is an option just leave us a note in the order page we will accommodate most situations.
Halloween Sales (special sales)(months of August and September)
The orders for Wheelchair Halloween Costumes ONLY placed during August and September Ship out on October 1st. The Costumes are sold at significant discounts as we run 100's of costumes at once and are shipping all together. All savings are passed on to our customers during this time. Costumes are delivered the first week of October.
All other product orders during this time ship on time.
COVID-19 Response
We continue to ship, including to areas under shelter-in-place orders. Our customer service team is ready and available 24/7 to answer questions and take orders. 98% of orders ship from stock and are delivered within a three days.Since we support hospitals, critical infrastructure, government agencies, and manufacturers, we are an essential business and are not subject to shelter-in-place orders. We will remain open but with very limited hours for shipping staff only throughout these uncertain times to support our customers.
As this unprecedented health challenge continues to unfold, we have made a few changes:
- To follow social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we have closed operations. All orders now ship directly to customers via our carriers.
- A small number of products we sell are in very high demand. We are working closely with our suppliers to restock inventory.
- The majority of products we sell are ready to ship from stock. If you encounter a product that is not available, please contact our customer service team. They can suggest alternatives and work with our suppliers to improve delivery.
We will continue to adapt our operations as new COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) guidance is shared from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other government agencies.
